January is quickly disappearing! Let's make it count and help ourselves and others.
I know the previous post about 6 Steps to a Happier Day resonated with a lot of you. This vlog post will continue to make you happier.
You will learn (and do an exercise on) how to get in the right state of mind if you're having low confidence. We will give ourselves a dose of happiness with our self-talk and appreciation of what we have. We will figure out what's making you unhappy and how to find something else. We will break down why you should pivot from talking about problems and start finding solutions. And together we will become better listeners, be there, and help our friends. And all that in under 4 minutes!
